• Nature: Hard metallic plating impregnated with Fluoropolymers or Silicon
• Surface: All metallic parts
• Surface preparation: De-greasing, sand blasting or grit blasting (SA2.5)
• Metallic application: By electric arc blasting, thread flame or powder flame
• Nature of metallic plating: EXCALIBUR (patented), stainless steel, Tungsten Carbide, Ceramics, etc…
• Impregnation: PTFE, FEP, PFA, MFA, Silicon, etc…
• Thermal treatment: sintering, or curing to 120°C to 400°C
• Thickness: 100 to 250 microns (depending on specifications)
• Characteristics: excellent mechanical qualities, resistance to wear, excellent anti-adherence qualities, excellent anti-friction qualities

Good chemical resistance

Temperature resistance: -250 °C to 280°C

Food use quality

• Possibilities: a wide range of products and associated products: PTFR+MOS2, PTFE+CERMET, etc
